REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
   You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
   Items must be unused and in their original packaging and tags. Opened or used items may not be eligible for a refund.

Get a Return Authorization: A Customer Service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization number and a return address. Please be sure to include this Return Authorization number with your return package.

3. Return Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or misplaced during shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return package.

4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
   The refund amount will be reduced by any original shipping costs (if applicable), unless we sent the wrong item or the item was damaged.
